This agreement for the rental of this Multi-User/Hospital-Grade Breast Pump is made between the Rental Station above and the Lessee identified above.

This breast pump remains the property of Alyssa Schnell, IBCLC. Lessee has no rights to such breast pump except as expressed in this Agreement. Included in the breast pump rental are: multi-user/hospital-grade breast pump, 2 bottle holders, power supply, backpack carrying case, insulated cooler, 3 ice packs. Your breast pump may be new or previously used.  Your rental may include additional accessories. Please return these with your pump.

Lessee may purchase the Sof-touch collection kit to use with the breast pump. This kit is a personal use item and becomes the property of the Lessee. It is nonrefundable.

Lessee agrees to pay the rental fees as follows: $50/month .  Rental fees are due in advance and will automatically be charged to the lessee’s credit card unless lessee notifies rental station in advance. Lessee agrees to pay the rental fees until the lessee returns the pump.

State Sales Tax will be charged on breast pump rental as well as collection kit unless a physician’s prescription for a breast pump is provided or the pump is shipped out-of-state. If rented locally, lessee agrees not to move the breast pump out of Missouri without the consent of the Rental Station.

Lessee agrees to inform the Rental Station of any change of address or phone number.

Lessee agrees to return the breast pump in clean condition and good repair. If the breast pump is not in good repair, Lessee agrees to pay Rental Station a minimum charge of $50.00. Lessee agrees to return the breast pump either in person, or via FedEx or UPS. The pump may not be mailed via USPS.

Lessee agrees that the credit card information provided will be used as a deposit on the rental breast pump and agrees that the credit card may be charged for the cost of a new PJ's Comfort hospital-grade breast pump (without the personal kit) equal to $475 minus rental fees already accrued.

Lessee shall be responsible for all reasonable legal fees and other costs involved in collection of overdue amounts and/or recovery of breast pump. Lessee agrees to allow Rental Station or any agency involved in collection of overdue amounts and /or the rental breast pump to obtain a credit report on Lessee.

Lessee understands the Rental Station has the right to cancel this agreement at any time with three days notice.

This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of Missouri where the Rental Station is located.

Limerick PJ's Comfort Multi-User Breast Pump Rental

The PJ's Comfort Breast Pump by Limerick is an excellent and versatile breast pump: because this pump is multi-user, it is effective enough to establish or increase milk production and it is FDA approved for multiple users; it is lightweight and compact, making it an excellent choice for working parents as well.

What you'll get:

Limerick PJ's Comfort multi-user breast pump. Includes: PJ's Comfort breast pump motor, cooler with ice packs, power supply, and lightweight backpack.
ComforTouch Personal Kit. Includes: 2 ComforTouch silicone flanges, 2 BPA-free bottles with caps, 4 silicone gaskets, 1-micron filter with DEHP-free tubing, extra 1-micron filter, clamp, cleaning brush, and mesh storage bag.

The set-up fee includes $75 for purchase of the ComforTouch Kit plus $25 shipping. Pump generally ships within 1-2 business days of receiving rental. Continental United States only.

Rental will be charged automatically each month until breast pump returned in good condition.
